American Tactical Deception units in the European Theatre of Operations, 1944-1945. This revealing book throws light on a top-secret unit of World War II, America's 23rd Special Troops. This formation, shrouded in secrecy until now, was deployed in occupied Europe and assigned dangerous tactical deception missions to confuse and disrupt the German military machine.
