CD-ROM: SOLDIERS DIED IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919

In 1921, eighty-one volumes embracing every regiment and corps of the British Army were published listing almost 662,000 soldiers and 41,000 officers who died in the war, and it is this immense undertaking which is now available on one fully-relational CD-ROM. First issued in 1998, its fully searchable format allows flexible interrogation of the 703,000 records. This highly-acclaimed CD-ROM has gone on to sell several thousand copies and is now available in Version 2 which incorporates many features and improvements. Over ten thousand amendments have been made to the data, and known typographical errors corrected - "pre and post-war" death dates corrected.
