CAVALRY OF THE WEHRMACHT 1941-1945

A detailed study of one of the lesser-known arms of service of the Wehrmacht. Horses were extensively used for a variety of tasks - horse artillery, horse-drawn vehicles, reconnaissance, communications etc. There are establishment tables for various types of units, details of uniforms and equipment, training and plenty of photographs of horses in action.
